All orders ship from Cleveland, OH 44139
Orders placed prior to 2:00 pm est. normally ship the same business day. Items should be delivered 1 to 4 days after the order is shipped, dependent upon regular FedEx Ground Home Delivery transit time. FedEx Ground Home Delivery delivers Tuesday through Saturday for all residential addresses.
The Greenes Fence team encourages our customers to fill in the “Company Name” field when placing an order for commercial delivery. FedEx Ground delivers all commercial addresses Monday through Friday.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via a confirmation email. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number provided or by going to fedex.com and entering the tracking number into their “Track A Shipment” box.
If you believe to have received a defective product, the Greenes Fence team is happy to help by sending you replacements. We require that the product was purchased within the past year and that there is proof of purchase. You can request replacements by going to our Contact Greenes page and emailing customer service by using the subject line “Defective Products.”
If you have purchased an item and no longer wish to keep it, please email us by going to our Contact Greenes page and use the subject line “Returns.”
