Order by 3PM Eastern Time Monday – Friday for Same Day Shipping from Cleveland, Ohio 44146.
We ship using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to addresses in the continental United States (lower 48 States). FedEx delivers to Residential Addresses 7 Days a Week.

Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across the United States, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, there may be delays in order delivery. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on your shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking
Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via a confirmation email. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number.
Defective Products
If you believe to have received a defective product, the Greenes Fence team is happy to help by sending you replacements. We require that the product was purchased within the past year and that there is proof of purchase. You can request replacements by going to our Contact Greenes page and emailing customer service by using the subject line “Defective Products.”
Returns
If you have purchased an item and no longer wish to keep it, please email us by going to our Contact Greenes page and use the subject line “Returns.”
